About COMNEXT 2026
COMNEXT (次世代 通信技術＆ソリューション展) is Japan’s dedicated exhibition for next-generation communication technologies and solutions, organised by RX Japan. The 4th edition runs 2–4 December 2026 at Tokyo Big Sight, West Hall, open daily 10:00–17:00.
The show focuses on photonic integration, optical communications, high-frequency technology, network equipment and cabling, local 5G, and related ICT solutions. Exhibitors present live product demos and prototypes; the organiser expects roughly 200 exhibiting companies and 20,000 visitors. The 2025 edition drew 176 exhibitors and 15,278 attendees, with 55 concurrent seminars featuring industry leaders.
Dedicated zones include Photonic Integration World, Optical Communication World (FOE), Network Equipment & Cabling World, High-Frequency Technology World, Local 5G World, and a general area for wireless, AI, IoT, and video transmission technologies.
