AFCA/AFDA Leadership Conference and Expo

AFCA/AFDA Fire & EMS Leadership Conference & Expo is the annual leadership summit of the Arizona Fire Chiefs Association (AFCA) and Arizona Fire Districts Association (AFDA). The 2027 edition is scheduled for July 12-16, 2027, at the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Spa in Glendale, Arizona. The conference brings together fire and EMS leaders from across Arizona for general session presentations, 24 individual workshop tracks, AFDA statutory presentations, a NextGen series for emerging leaders, a dedicated fire marshal track, and a one-day seminar for administrative professionals. It also features a vendor/expo hall and the annual Steve Alley Memorial Golf Tournament. The host hotel is the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Spa, a 4-star property in the Westgate Entertainment District, within walking distance of Tanger Outlets and numerous restaurants.
