ACT 2026 – Africa Coffee Tea Expo

The Africa Coffee & Tea Expo (ACT Expo) is a three-day B2B trade show on 8–10 July 2026 at the Kigali Convention Centre, Rwanda. It connects African coffee and tea producers with global buyers, investors, and industry stakeholders. Theme: “Blending Africa’s Finesse with Global Business.”

Co-organized by the Rwanda National Export Board (NAEB), the Rwanda Convention Bureau, and Rwanda Events Group. The programme includes an exhibition (150+ exhibitors; 1,000+ expected participants; 25+ countries), conference panels, a hosted buyers programme, business matchmaking, barista and cupping competitions, and networking. Official opening is Thursday 9 July; Friday 10 July closes with awards for winning coffees and teas.

• Dates: Wednesday 8 – Friday 10 July 2026 (local Kigali time, CAT, GMT+2).
• Venue: Kigali Convention Centre (KCC), Kigali, Rwanda. Badge pick-up is at KCC near MH1.
• Hours: Not a single daily gate time. Wed 8 Jul badge collection and expo-floor activation 13:00–17:00; Thu 9 Jul VIP arrival from 08:00, opening ceremony 09:00, welcome reception until 21:00; Fri 10 Jul programme from 09:00, closing ceremony 15:15–16:00. The published agenda is provisional.
• Who should attend: Producers and cooperatives, international buyers, government and trade agencies, processors, equipment makers, certification bodies, finance, hospitality, and AgriTech.

Programme outline

• Day 1 (Wed 8 Jul): Badge pick-up and expo floor activation (13:00–17:00).
• Day 2 (Thu 9 Jul): Official opening, trade, policy and economic impact; cupping and barista semi-finals; welcome reception 17:00–21:00.
• Day 3 (Fri 10 Jul): Market access, consumer activation, youth and women in value chains, competition finals, closing ceremony and awards (15:15–16:00).
