Africa Regional Congress & Exhibition

The 3rd IRF Africa Regional Congress & Exhibition, organised by the International Road Federation (IRF), took place on 26–28 April 2023 at the Accra International Conference Centre in Accra, Ghana, under the theme “Delivering Tools for Mobility & Regional Connectivity”. The congress explored road and transportation infrastructure funding and procurement, Vision Zero road safety, traffic engineering and management, and climate-resilient pavement design and asset management. National host agencies included Ghana's Ministry of Roads & Highways, Ministry of Transport and Ministry of Railways Development, plus the Ghana Institution of Engineering. The next edition's dates have not yet been announced.
