AGECOTEL is the biennial trade fair for hospitality and foodservice professionals (CHR — cafés, hôtels, restaurants) and food trades in the Sud / Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region of France. The 32nd edition was held 1–3 February 2026 in Nice.
The show brings together restaurateurs, hoteliers, bakers, charcutiers, caterers and institutional chefs to discover equipment, products, services and innovations. Founded over 35 years ago, it is organized in partnership with Nice Expo.
The next (33rd) edition is expected in 2028, but official dates have not yet been published.
