Alimentaria FoodTech | Food innovation trade fair specializing in processing and preservation

Alimentaria FoodTech is the benchmark trade fair for machinery, technology, processes and ingredients for the food and beverage industry, covering the entire production value chain from raw materials to distribution. Held in Barcelona, the show is organized into eight sectors -- Transformation, Ingredients, Packaging & Labelling, Digitalization & Automation, Food Safety, Refrigeration, Handling/Storage & Logistics, and Industrial & Auxiliary Services.

The 2026 edition takes place 6-8 October at Fira Barcelona Gran Via (Hall 2). Highlights include the FoodTech Innovarena knowledge hub with 70+ activities and 120+ speakers, the Ingrenova ingredients area, the FoodTech Awards, a startup area, and a national and international Hosted Buyers programme, set within an 18,000 m2 showcase of over 350 companies.
