Alimentec

Alimentec | Anuga Select Colombia is Colombia's and the Andean region's largest food and beverage industry trade fair, held biennially at Corferias (Centro Internacional de Negocios y Exposiciones) in Bogota. Organized by Corferias together with Koelnmesse, it brings together manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, importers and exporters across the entire food and beverage value chain — meat, dairy, bakery, beverages, fresh produce, snacks, organics, frozen foods, ingredients, food technology, HORECA and retail. The 13th edition took place 9-12 June 2026 at Corferias, Bogota (Carrera 37 No. 24-67), welcoming over 39,000 professional visitors and 665 exhibitors from 21 countries. As an Anuga Select satellite fair it connects the Colombian market to Koelnmesse's global food network. The next edition is expected in 2028 (biennial cycle); dates to be announced.
