The UW Medicine Seattle Marathon Health & Fitness Expo is one of the Seattle Marathon weekend's pre-race events. The Westin Seattle — official race headquarters hotel for more than 20 years — hosts Registration, Bib Pickup and the Health & Fitness Expo. The 2026 room block runs 21–30 November 2026.
