36th Annual Health Benefits Conference & Expo (HBCE)

The Health Benefits Conference & Expo (HBCE) is the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans' specialist educational event for health plan strategy, aimed at mid- to senior-level professionals managing employer health and wellness programmes. Attendees come from benefits and total rewards, employee health services, wellness and population health, human resources, occupational health and safety, and workers' compensation and absence management, across private and public sector employers, hospitals and health systems, and universities. The programme covers the impact of artificial intelligence on health benefits, cost-containment technology, cancer care strategies and outcomes, prediabetes prevention and obesity management, the long-term costs of GLP-1 drugs, inclusive benefits, caregiver burnout and support, fiduciary duties, and self-funded plan costs. An exhibit hall features service providers alongside the education sessions and CEBS compliance credit is available. The 36th Annual HBCE runs Tuesday 2 to Wednesday 3 February 2027 at the Sawgrass Marriott in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.
