Annual Conference - International Association of Operative Millers

The 131st Annual IAOM Conference & Expo (ACE) brings together milling professionals from around the world. The 2027 edition takes place April 27-29, 2027 at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center in Schaumburg, Illinois, just minutes from Chicago O'Hare International Airport. The program offers more than 8 hours of educational sessions across tracks such as Product Protection, Employee Management, Technical Operations, and Facility Management, plus an innovative expo hall with leading global exhibitors.
