NRC REMSA Annual Conference

The NRC REMSA Annual Conference is the railway construction industry's premier annual event, uniting chief engineers from major freight railroads, contractors, suppliers and government-affairs leaders. The 2027 edition takes place January 6-9, 2027 at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix, Arizona. The program features keynote general sessions and panel discussions on signals & communications, rail sustainability, commuter rail and transit contracting, and railroad construction safety. The co-located NRC-REMSA Exhibition showcases equipment, materials and services across the rail supply chain, with booth sales opening to the public on August 3, 2026. Attendees benefit from extensive networking, the annual golf tournament, a trap-shooting outing and a full exhibit-hall schedule. Future conference sites are already announced through 2030, confirming the event's continuity.
