ASTA River Cruise Expo

ASTA River Cruise Expo 2027, organized by the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA), will take place March 10–14, 2027 in Vienna, Austria. Recognized as the largest river cruise event of its kind, the five-day Expo brings travel advisors together with leading river cruise brands for immersive education, ship inspections, onboard dining and industry networking along the Danube. The 2027 edition features at least 14 river cruise brands and a minimum of 18 ships — more capacity and ship-tour access than ever before — with Celebrity River Cruises returning as Title Sponsor and newcomers Century Cruises and Trafalgar River Cruises joining for the first time. Captain Sandy Yawn (Bravo's 'Below Deck Mediterranean') serves as keynote speaker, sponsored by Tauck. Attendees stay aboard the participating ships, tour and compare vessels firsthand, and can extend their experience with optional pre- and post-Expo FAM sailings. Registration is open; the event traditionally sells out.
