About Australian Manufacturing Week (AusTech)

AusTech now runs as part of Australian Manufacturing Week (AMW), owned and operated by the Australian Manufacturing Technology Institute Limited (AMTIL). The next edition is 11–14 May 2027 in Melbourne at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC). Visitor and exhibitor registrations open in early 2027.

AMW is Australia’s leading exhibition for precision and advanced manufacturing. It brings machine tools, additive manufacturing, robotics, welding, air technology and manufacturing solutions together under one roof.

Product zones

• Machine Tools — CNC machinery, lathes, mills, contract manufacturing, cutting tools, forming and fabricating, plasma/laser/waterjet, and ancillary equipment.
• Additive Manufacturing — 3D printing users, suppliers and supporters, from prototyping through production.
• Australian Manufacturer's Pavilion — capabilities of Australian precision engineering and advanced manufacturers.
• Manufacturing Solutions — materials handling, warehousing, safety, software and specialist services.
• Robotics & Automation — equipment and processes for manufacturing operations.
• Weld & Air Solutions — welding and compressed-air products and applications.

Visitor information

The official site states AMW 2027 will be held in Melbourne on 11–14 May 2027, with registrations opening in early 2027. Confirm opening hours and visitor registration on the official site closer to the event.
