Birmingham Babypalooza Baby Expo

Babypalooza Baby Expo is a free baby expo for new and expecting parents, run by the nonprofit Babypalooza Inc. committed to improving maternal and infant outcomes. The one-day event brings together trusted education from experts and connections to local resources and support — all free to attend.

The 2026 Birmingham edition was held on Saturday, 9 May 2026 (10:00–14:00) at the BJCC East Ballroom, Birmingham, Alabama.

Local and national exhibitors specialising in baby and maternity products and services take part. Visitors can start a baby registry, interview preschools, set up a college savings plan and learn the essentials of caring for baby and yourself — all in one place, in one day.
