About Bakery Showcase Canada 2027
Bakery Showcase 2027 takes place 25–26 April 2027 at the Vancouver Convention Centre, 1055 Canada Place, Vancouver, BC. Organised by the Baking Association of Canada.
Canada's only dedicated B2B baking event connects suppliers of ingredients, equipment, packaging and services with retail, wholesale, commercial and in-store bakeries, grocery, pizzerias and foodservice. Features include education sessions, demonstrations, the Bakery Cup of Canada, Pizza Summit and networking.
The 2026 edition ran 3–4 May 2026 at Toronto Congress Centre with 3,000+ attendees and 200 exhibitors. 2027 visitor registration opens via bakeryshowcasecanada.ca.
