The 19th Annual Baltimore Tattoo Arts Festival, presented by Villain Arts, returns to the Baltimore Convention Center April 9-11, 2027. The festival brings the tattoo community together for three days of live tattooing, artist discovery and creative culture in the heart of Baltimore. Visitors can explore portfolios, meet tattoo artists in person and book directly with the right artist for a new piece. The weekend programme includes tattoo contests, vendors and entertainment. Doors open 2:00 PM-11:00 PM on Friday, 11:00 AM-11:00 PM on Saturday and 11:00 AM-8:00 PM on Sunday.
