Beer, Bourbon & BBQ Festival – Timonium, Maryland

Beer, Bourbon & BBQ Festival returns to the Timonium Fairgrounds (Maryland State Fairgrounds) in Timonium, Maryland on March 27 & 28, 2026. This is the Maryland edition of the touring festival — the state where it all began — with two great days of beer sippin', bourbon tastin', music listenin', cigar smokin' and barbecue eatin'.

What to expect

• 60+ beers, 40+ bourbons and lots of barbecue — each guest receives a souvenir tasting glass for all-you-care-to-taste beer and bourbon tastings, plus canned cocktails, other liquors, ciders, seltzers and more
• BBQ galore — great barbecue from on-site vendors including pulled pork from whole hogs, ribs, brisket, chickens, sausages and all the fixin's
• The Shrine of Swine — whole hogs served during each session
• Cochon Carnival — games and activities including connect four, giant jenga, basketball and arcade games
• Tasting Theater seminars with Master Distillers, Brewmasters and Pit Masters
• Live music — rock, blues and bluegrass on the Main Stage
• Exhibits and shopping — breweriana, hot sauces, BBQ accessories and a cigar area
• Grand Poobah Area — an upgraded area with specialty beers, bourbons, whiskey and food tastings on both days

• Friday, March 27: VIP & General Admission 6 PM – 10 PM
• Saturday, March 28: VIP Admission 12 PM – 6 PM; General Admission 2 PM – 6 PM
• Two-day Grand Poobah tickets and single-session VIP / General Admission tickets are available; on-site entry-only tickets are available
