The 32nd BIRO-EXPO – International Fair of Bureau Equipment and Supplies takes place 16–19 September 2026 in Hall 4 of Belgrade Fair (Beogradski sajam), Bulevar vojvode Mišića 14, Belgrade, Serbia.

Official Belgrade Fair calendar copy: office equipment, machines and stationery, office furniture and accessories, business goods and gifts, decoration and photo product range form the International IT and Office Equipment Fair. The event is presented as a regional market for promoting and selling equipment and materials for office fitting and operation, plus business goods and advertising gifts.

Co-located with the 46th Grafima (graphic, paper and creative industry) and the 5th Packaging Fair (Pak am) in the same September window. Cluster visitor hours published by sajamgrafima.rs: 16–18 September 10:00–18:00; 19 September 10:00–17:00. Last-day close is 17:00.
