About
Bouwcenter Expo, previously called Home Expo, is described as the meeting place for Dutch construction. Visitors use it to make new contacts, catch up with peers and follow the latest innovations in both shell and finishing work. It is a brand of Bouwcenter Nederland and the organiser advertises around 100 exhibitors, 2,500 visitors and 5,500 sq m of floor space, with exhibitors spanning building materials, timber and sheet material, kitchens and sanitary ware, tiles, paint, sustainable building products and building chemistry.

The venue
The Werkspoorkathedraal is a large former industrial workshop in Utrecht, promoted by the organiser as a place to work, learn and relax and as a distinctive setting for events, with further development planned for the whole Werkspoor area around it.

The organiser's site still carries 2026 branding and no dates have been published yet for the next edition, so this entry records the January 2026 edition. The organiser describes the show with the line "De beurs voor bouwend Nederland" (the fair for a building Netherlands).
