Build It Live South East is the UK's most practical and informative self build and renovation exhibition, held every February at Kent Event Centre in Maidstone. Brought to you by the experts at Build It magazine, the show is a one-stop shop for all things self build, renovation and home improvement — designed to provide anyone with a property project the inspiration, advice and information they need to make it a success.

Venue & schedule

Kent Event Centre (part of Kent County Showground), Detling, Maidstone, Kent ME14 3JF, United Kingdom. The show runs 26-27 February 2027, open 10:00-17:00 on Saturday and 10:00-16:30 on Sunday. Unlimited free parking is available next to the exhibition hall.

Tickets

Tickets are valid for either day, and children do not need a ticket. Book your tickets via Eventbrite.
