BOFOOD — Busan International Food Expo (부산국제식품대전) is South Korea's major international food industry trade show, held annually at BEXCO (Busan Exhibition and Convention Center), 55 APEC-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan. Organized by the Korea Industrial Marketing Institute (KIMI), the expo brings together general and processed food, food machinery and packaging, coffee & bakery, organic and eco-friendly products, and regional specialty brand pavilions.
The 2026 edition took place May 27–30, 2026 at BEXCO and has concluded. It runs concurrently with the Busan Coffee Show. Dates for the next edition (2027) have not yet been announced on the official site (bofood.kr); this listing will be refreshed once the organizer publishes the upcoming schedule.
