Cairo Fashion & Tex is Egypt's leading international trade exhibition for fashion, textile, garment manufacturing, fabrics, yarns, accessories and production supplies, organized by Pyramids International Group and approved by UFI.

Venue: Cairo International Convention Center, Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt
The show is held twice a year (Spring/Summer in March, Autumn/Winter in September/October) and brings together manufacturers, suppliers, exporters, private label factories and buyers.
