Welcome to the California Restaurant Show!

The California Restaurant Show is an award-winning trade show for the restaurant and foodservice industry, held at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California and presented by the California Restaurant Association. It brings together restaurant owners and operators, chefs, foodservice buyers and suppliers. The programme covers an exhibit hall of food, beverage, equipment and technology suppliers, an education programme with sessions and add-on workshops, restaurant management workshops, a Culinary Innovation Theatre with culinary demonstrations and competitions, and the Pizza Tomorrow Summit Pavilion featuring the US Pizza Team Competition. The next edition runs September 12-14, 2027 at the Anaheim Convention Center.
