37th Annual Capital Region Flower & Garden Expo

The 37th Annual Capital Region Flower & Garden Expo takes place Friday, March 27 through Sunday, March 29, 2026, at the McDonough Sports Complex on the campus of Hudson Valley Community College, 80 Vandenburgh Avenue, Troy, NY 12180.

Opening hours are 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM on Friday and Saturday, and 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Sunday. Tickets are $20 at the door, $15 in advance, $40 for a 3-day pass, free for children under 10, $14 for seniors (62+) on Friday only, and $15 for veterans and active military. A share of proceeds supports Wildwood, which serves people with autism and developmental disabilities.

The expo features large immersive garden displays with educational stations, floral-themed exhibits, and a marketplace-style vendor area with more than 160 vendors. Highlights for 2026 include an ecological landscape exhibit with native and pollinator-friendly plants by Home Earth Alliance, outdoor living displays such as kitchens and water features, plant shopping (houseplants, bulbs, succulents, seeds), free tastings from 18+ New York State wineries and distilleries, previews of Proven Winners 2026 new and improved varieties, a sand sculpture by Phil Singer, a Living Wall photo spot, soil testing by Cornell Cooperative Extension, and a Sunday plant sale starting at 4:15 PM.
