cavlo Tech Expo - Nashville (2026)

cavlo is a series of regional trade shows for the professional audio, video and lighting (#proAVL) market, run by cavlo (1951 Stella Lake Street, Suite 26, Las Vegas, NV 89106). The Nashville edition uses the larger cavlo Tech Expo format - two days of pipe-and-drape booths, breakout sessions and a welcome reception on the show floor. The organiser's other format, cavlo ConneX, is a smaller and more social three-hour happy-hour event.

• Dates: Wednesday 22 - Thursday 23 April 2026
• Venue: Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville SE Murfreesboro, 1200 Conference Center Blvd, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 (just outside Nashville)
• Exhibitors: more than thirty (30) audio, video and lighting manufacturers
• Hours: Day 1 - exhibitor load-in 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, breakout sessions at 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM, show floor opens 4:00 PM, welcome reception in the cavLOUNGE 5:00-7:00 PM; Day 2 - show floor 9:00 AM-4:00 PM, breakout sessions on the half hour from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM, load-out afterwards

cavlo's published 2026 line-up covered Charlotte, Nashville, New York City and Seattle; the 2026 Tech Expo Seattle edition follows on 21-22 October 2026. As of 23 September 2026 the organiser has not published a next Nashville edition, so the April 2026 dates above remain the latest confirmed Nashville edition.
