Celebration & Party Expo

CAP Expo - the Celebration & Party Expo - is the United Kingdom's only trade show dedicated entirely to the celebration and party industry. Organised by BAPIA (the Balloon and Party Industry Alliance), the event brings together party retailers, event organisers, balloon artists, face and body painters, soft-play specialists, florists and creative entrepreneurs for two action-packed days of networking, product launches and live competitions. The 2026 edition took place on 22-23 March 2026 at the Telford International Centre, Telford, Shropshire (TF3 4JH). The show features exhibitor stands from leading brands and specialist suppliers, interactive demonstrations across multiple feature stages, and the popular CAP Expo competitions. Admission is free for trade visitors who pre-register. Dates for the next edition are yet to be announced.
