CheeseCon
CheeseCon is the flagship annual convention and trade show of the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA), held every April alternating between Milwaukee (CheeseExpo, even years) and Madison (CheeseCon, odd years). The 2027 edition takes place April 20-22, 2027 at Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wisconsin, bringing together the cheese and dairy industry with tabletop exhibits, shows and education.

CheeseCon 2027
CheeseCon is the flagship annual convention and trade show of the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA). The event is held every April and alternates locations and formats between even and odd years: CheeseExpo in Milwaukee with a large tradeshow floor (even years), and CheeseCon in Madison with tabletop exhibits (odd years).

The 2027 CheeseCon edition runs Tuesday-Friday, April 20-22, 2027 at Alliant Energy Center (1919 Alliant Energy Center Way, Madison, Wisconsin, United States).
About the show
CheeseCon brings together cheese manufacturers, dairy processors, ingredient and equipment suppliers, and other industry professionals. The tabletop exhibit format allows each company a single 10x10 exhibit space, showcasing dairy processing and cheesemaking equipment, ingredients, packaging and industry services. Exhibits are open one afternoon (Wednesday).
