The ChemE Show—Powered by ACHEMA is an annual chemical and process engineering event organized by Gulf Energy Information and DECHEMA, organizers of ACHEMA. The 2026 edition takes place Tuesday–Wednesday, 9–10 June 2026, at the George R. Brown Convention Center, Exhibit Hall A3 (third level), Houston, Texas. Hours are 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
The show is aimed at chemical engineers, decision-makers, and solution providers along the chemical and bio-based production value chain in North America. Programming includes keynote presentations, technical sessions (sustainability, hydrogen technologies, process optimization, and digital transformation), and an exhibition floor covering process engineering, biotechnology, downstream processing, and links to the energy industry.
Standalone U.S. editions are planned for 2026 and 2028, with a dedicated networking track at ACHEMA in Frankfurt in 2027. Organizers expect around 1,300+ attendees, including process engineers, plant managers, and industrial automation experts.
