About the 115th China Food & Drinks Fair (CFDF)

The China Food and Drinks Fair (全国糖酒商品交易会), known as the barometer of China’s food industry, started in 1955 and is one of the oldest large-scale professional exhibitions in China. It is hosted by China National Sugar & Wine Group Co., Ltd. and held twice a year (spring and autumn sessions). Annual exhibition area exceeds 500,000 sqm, with over 10,000 exhibitors and over 600,000 visitors each year.

The 115th CFDF (autumn session) will be held 15–17 October 2026 at Nanjing International Expo Center (南京国际博览中心). Total exhibition area is 200,000 sqm, with nine core zones and sixteen specialty sections.

Exhibition zones

Nine core zones: Chinese famous liquor; international wine and spirits; beverages and dairy; snack foods; international and innovative foods; condiments and ingredients; green agriculture; food machinery; packaging supply chain.

Sixteen specialty areas include food raw materials and ingredients, intelligent manufacturing, innovative foods, bakery, “100 counties, 1,000 products”, convenience foods, Qingxiang liquor, yellow wine and health wines, beer and low-alcohol drinks, tea drinks, medicine-food homology drinks, health foods and tech services, private label and industry services, new retail and new channels, beverage ingredient supply chain, and China food science & technology achievements.
