CAC is China's flagship agrochemical and crop protection exhibition and the world's largest show for the sector, held annually in Shanghai since 1999. About the show
CAC (China International Agrochemical & Crop Protection Exhibition), first held in 1999, has grown into the trade platform that links the upstream and downstream of the global crop-input industry. The organiser describes it as the world's largest agrochemical exhibition. CAC2027 is run under the theme "Connecting the World, Serving the Industry, Empowering the Companies."
Four sectors
- CropProtection - pesticide technical material and intermediates, pesticide formulations, biopesticides and biocontrol, adjuvants and formulation technology.
- FSHOW (Fertilizer) - N-P-K and compound fertilizers, water-soluble and specialty fertilizers, biostimulants, soil conditioners, seaweed/humic acid/amino acid inputs, controlled-release fertilizers.
- CACE (Agrochemical & Crop Protection Equipment) - formulation and packaging equipment, fertilizer production equipment, environmental protection technology, plant protection machinery.
- AgTech - seeds, irrigation, greenhouses, smart agriculture, agricultural aviation and smart farm machinery, plus registration, testing and consulting services.

Previous edition and the CAC Conference Week
The 26th edition (CAC2026, held in March 2026) included CAC Conference Week 2026 (CACW2026) on 17-18 March 2026 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), Hall 8.1. That programme comprised 14 conferences and more than 100 expert reports, including the 19th China Pesticide Industry Development International Forum, the 8th Global Agrochemical CROs & CRAOs Exchange Meeting and the 14th China International Biopesticide and Biocontrol Technology Development Forum.
CAC Global Exhibitions
The brand also runs overseas editions: the 18th Brasil AgrochemShow (China Agrochemical Exhibition in Brazil), the 8th CAC Africa (Africa Agrochemistry & Crop Protection Exhibition) and CAC Vietnam 2026.

The exhibition is held at NECC Shanghai; the separate website at cac-conference.com hosts the conference programme and was being rebuilt at the time of the last check.
