About CIPM 2026

The 68th (2026) China National Pharmaceutical Machinery Exposition and 2026 China International Pharmaceutical Machinery Exposition (CIPM) will be held on 27–29 October 2026 at the Xiamen International Expo Center.

The show is organized by the China Association for Pharmaceutical Equipment (CAPE) and operated by Beijing Intercontinental Exhibition Co., Ltd. CIPM is the flagship trade fair for China’s pharmaceutical equipment industry, covering the full manufacturing chain.

What the show covers

CIPM has run since 1991 (CAPE has organized it since 1993; the international edition was approved by China’s Ministry of Commerce in 2008). Recent editions typically exceed 150,000 m² and span nine segments: formulation machinery, API machinery, pharmaceutical packaging, inspection and laboratory equipment, pharmaceutical water and gas systems, cleanroom and environmental engineering, milling equipment, TCM decoction-piece equipment, and other pharmaceutical machinery.

Exhibitors from nearly 30 countries and regions bring thousands of machines. The organizer describes CIPM as one of the world’s large-scale pharmaceutical machinery expositions and a key platform for entering the China market.

Concurrent programmes

Theme forums cover industry hotspots, technology, and regulation. Nearly one hundred on-site technical seminars are held during the expo.
