CMHE 2027 — lightning protection within China’s meteorological expo

The China Meteorological Society will hold the 20th China Meteorological Modernization Science & Technology Expo (CMHE 2027) on 27–29 May 2027 at Nanjing International Exhibition Center. Theme: high-level self-reliance and high-quality enabling of development. The listed China Lightning Protection Technology & Products Exhibition is the official lightning-protection technology and products zone of this expo, not a standalone show.

CMHE has run since 2002 with support from the China Meteorological Administration, CAST, hydrological authorities and related industry bodies. The 2027 edition invites exhibitors in AI meteorological services, low-altitude-economy weather support, disaster prevention, lightning protection, hydrology and water resources, and environmental monitoring.

Lightning-protection exhibits

The lightning zone covers the full meteorological lightning-protection chain: protection devices, warning equipment, intelligent systems with status monitoring and remote operations, and integrated lightning-risk assessment and engineering-design solutions that use weather-radar echo inversion.

Other halls cover meteorological monitoring and warning equipment, data-processing and AI/GIS applications, disaster-prevention and climate-service solutions, low-altitude-economy weather support and weather-modification systems, and hydrological equipment.

Venue

Nanjing International Exhibition Center sits on the east shore of Xuanwu Lake. Indoor exhibition space is about 35,000 m² across five halls, plus outdoor areas.
