Choctoberfest 2026

Choctoberfest is a family-friendly chocolate & cheese festival held at the Arapahoe County Fairgrounds in Aurora, Colorado - "like Oktoberfest, but with Chocolate & Cheese instead of beer!" The 2026 edition runs on Saturday, October 10, 10:00am - 5:00pm (indoor facility, unlimited free on-site parking, handicap accessible).

Sample & buy the finest chocolates in Colorado - chocolate candy, cakes, cookies, truffles, fudge, brownies, drinks, toffees, coffees and much more. Everything chocolate is here, plus tastings, samples, live entertainment, a zero-proof Choctail Bar, fun contests, food & drink, gift booths, VIPs, kids' activities and a free Halloween craft booth.

Admission: $10 for Session One (11:00-1:00) or Session Two (1:00-3:00); $6 for Session Three (3:00-5:00). VIP Pass $59 (arrive 10:00-11:00 early, includes 12 VIP Indulgence Tickets + 12 Taste Tickets, VIP wristband & bag, reserved front-row seating, line-skipping). Kids age 10 and under are FREE. Parking is FREE. Online ticket sales end 5:00pm Thursday, Oct 8; tickets also available at the door while supplies last.

Event schedule highlights: 10:00 VIP admission; 11:00 Session 1 doors (11:30 Chocolate Pudding Eating Contest, 12:30 Costume Contest); 1:00 Session 2 doors (1:30 Cheese Rolling); 3:00 Session 3 doors (3:30 Cheese Rolling); 5:00 doors close. Fun contests include the Costume Contest (Best Kid, Best Adult, Funniest, Best of Show) and the kids-only Chocolate Cake Showdown.

For exhibitors: Booths start at $195 for chocolate/cheese/food/drink booths (10x8, incl. 8-ft table & 2 chairs), $350 for gift booths (limit 10 non-food gift booths); sponsorships start at $400.
