Chubu Dessert Sweets & Bakery Exhibition 2027 (6th)
The 6th Chubu Dessert Sweets & Bakery Exhibition (中部デザート・スイーツ＆ベーカリー展) is the Chubu-region professional trade show for Japanese and Western confectionery, bakery, café and beverage ingredients, equipment and packaging. It is held as part of FABEX Chubu 2027 (2 shows under the FABEX Chubu umbrella), with Café & Drink Expo as a concurrent feature.

- Admission: JPY 5,000 (tax included); trade visitors only. Free with invitation or advance visitor registration.
Scale (FABEX Chubu 2027, including concurrent shows)
Organizer Nihon Shokuryo Shimbun (日本食糧新聞社) plans about 300 exhibitors and 12,000 visitors across the concurrent FABEX Chubu programme (figures marked as planned on the official overview). FABEX Chubu is co-organized with the Japan Prepared Food Association (一般社団法人日本惣菜協会) and runs together with the 6th Chubu Supermarket & Drugstore Business Fair 2027.
Focus
The dessert and bakery show targets professional buyers in sweets, bakery, café and beverage channels with ingredients, processing equipment, containers and related services. FABEX as a whole is a foodservice (中食・外食) B2B exhibition series also staged in Tokyo and Kansai.
