Organised by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust under its CLAP@JC (Career and Life Adventure Planning) initiative, the two-day gathering marked a decade of the Trust's commitment to promoting a good transition from school to work for young people in Hong Kong.

Programme: opening ceremony; keynote by Andreas Schleicher (Director for Education and Skills, OECD) presenting the Hong Kong findings of PISA 2022 on student well-being and career development; plenary and panel sessions on the future of work, vocational education and training (VET) pathways, equitable school-to-work transitions for disadvantaged youth, and employer engagement; eight interactive workshops; plus a youth-led thematic exhibition, stage performances and a live CV360 experience.

Speakers and moderators included Andreas Schleicher, Diana Cesar, Bill Lee, Hayly Leung, Jeremy Fox, Albert Chau, Alan Cheung, Esmond Lee and Anthony Mann, together with practitioners from Hong Kong schools, NGOs and the business sector. Overall project enquiries: info@clap.hk.

The official site (clap.hk) shows no next edition of the conference announced as of September 2026; the 2024 edition remains the latest, and the CLAP@JC programme itself is active.
