Expo Café is Mexico’s main coffee trade event. The official homepage and hours page date the 2026 edition 3–5 September at WTC + Pepsi Center. Organiser Tradex Exposiciones lists more than 25,000 visitors and 300 exhibitors, with workshops, conferences and B2B matchmaking (Negocios 24/7).

Exhibitors include coffee producers and roasters, espresso machines and grinders, packaging, vending equipment, tea and ice-cream ingredients, café furniture and supplies, franchises and commercial promoters. Visitors include cafés, restaurants, hotels, specialty retailers, investors and coffee professionals. Visitors under 18 are not admitted.

Admission is MXN $230 pre-register / $270 on site. Pre-registration is required (one badge per person): https://expocafecdmx.registrotradex.com/2026/. Opening ceremony: Thursday 3 September at 10:45 in the Salones Maya lobby. Ticket desks on site 10:00–19:30.
