CAHED (Colorado Association of Healthcare Engineers and Directors) holds its Annual Trade Show and Conference at Empower Field at Mile High in Denver. The official 2027 vendor page lists setup on May 5, 2027, with the conference on May 6, 2027 (calendar listing also uses those dates; location is given as Mile High Stadium / Empower Field).

Exhibit space is first-come, first-served. Each booth includes a draped six-foot table (about eight feet of frontage and five feet of depth), one 5-amp electrical drop, and two company name badges; extra staff must register as regular attendees. An attendee list is emailed the weekend before the event. Booth numbers are reserved via a follow-up map link after registering on CAHED.org. Booth payments are non-refundable after December 31, 2026. Vendors may not pack up before the reception closes on conference day.

CAHED also lists a separate Fall Conference (no booths) at The Steamboat Grand, Steamboat Springs, on October 1–2, 2026. This listing is updated for the next annual trade show edition, not that educational conference.
