Condiments, Sauces & Spreads, Winter Session

ECRM's Condiments, Sauces & Spreads, Winter Session is an in-person buyer–seller sourcing and planning event for the retail grocery and foodservice channels. The Winter Session brings together suppliers of condiments, sauces, and spreads with retail and foodservice buyers for pre-scheduled, category-matched meetings. Product categories covered include sauces and spreads such as gravy, marinades, jams, jellies, preserves, pasta sauce, nut butters, honey, dessert toppings, and hot sauce, as well as condiments such as BBQ sauce, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, pickles, relish, salad dressing, toppings, vinegar, and specialty condiments. The Winter Session will be held February 16–17, 2027 at the Sheraton Grand Chicago (301 E North Water St, Chicago, IL 60611). Buyers and sellers are paired based on categories, capabilities, and buyer objectives through ECRM's EPPS (Efficient Program Planning Sessions) format.
