The BAUEN + WOHNEN + ENERGIE MESSE meinZuhause! Gummersbach (also branded BAU + IMMO MESSE) is the Oberberg region marketplace for buying, building, renovating and living. The 14th edition takes place Saturday–Sunday, 30–31 January 2027, 10:00–17:00, at Halle 32, Steinmüllerallee 10, 51643 Gummersbach.
Regional companies advise on house building and property, financing and subsidies, building materials and elements, energy and home technology, renovation, burglary protection, and garden/living. The programme includes talks; police exhibit as a neutral security-advice stand. A large exposé wall is a visitor highlight.
