Construction Industry of the North. Energy. Housing and Communal Services (Russian: Стройиндустрия Севера. Энергетика. ЖКХ) is an annual interregional specialized trade exhibition held in Yakutsk, the capital of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia), Russia. Organized by SibExpoService, the 2026 edition (the 23rd) took place on 26–28 February 2026 at the Yakutsk Exhibition Centre.
The exhibition brings together regional manufacturers, suppliers and municipal authorities to present technologies and products for the construction sector, the energy and power-engineering industry, and housing and communal services (ZhKKh). Core themes include building and finishing materials, facade and roofing systems, thermal and hydro insulation, engineering equipment, road-construction machinery, architectural and interior-design projects, smart-home and utility-infrastructure solutions, and energy-saving technologies suited to the climatic conditions of the Russian North.
As of October 2026 the next (2027) edition has not yet been officially announced; the event traditionally returns to Yakutsk in late February / early March each year. This record is verified against the organizer's published 2026 schedule and will be re-checked when future dates are released.
