Construction Material EXPO (建設資材展) is a specialized B2B exhibition for civil-engineering and infrastructure construction materials, held as one of 15 themed shows that make up Maintenance & Resilience TOKYO, organized by the Japan Management Association (JMA).

The parent show expects about 400 companies / 800 booths and about 40,000 visitors including concurrent exhibitions (HEAT SOLUTION, Occupational Safety & Health Exhibition Japan, Noise Reduction EXPO, Odor Solutions EXPO, TECHNO-FRONTIER, and others).

Focus

The zone brings together base materials, functional building products, and temporary works supplies for civil and infrastructure projects facing cost inflation and quality/environmental rules. Alongside conventional products, it highlights lower-impact recycled materials and high-durability infrastructure materials intended to improve project cost competitiveness and asset value.

Typical exhibits

Steel, bolts, piles, cement, precast concrete products, ground-stabilization materials, high-durability/long-life materials, weed-control sheets, temporary and safety materials, and special coatings for civil works.

Typical visitors

Civil contractors, general-contractor procurement, purchasing and R&D teams, local-government civil and contracting departments, and road, rail, and port operators.
