Contractor Expo

Route Consultant Expo is an annual trade event for FedEx Ground, Amazon and other logistics contractors, owners and prospective investors, organized by Route Consultant. The 2026 edition was held January 8-9 at Music City Center in Nashville, Tennessee, drawing more than 1,000 professionals from across the logistics and last-mile delivery industries. Attendees hear directly from industry experts on operational efficiency, linehaul and over-the-road strategies, technology and back-office support. Dates for the next edition have not yet been announced.
