M-PACT Tradeshow 2027

Official brand: M-PACT (Midwest Petroleum and Convenience Tradeshow). Premier fuel and convenience tradeshow of the Midwest.

Dates: April 6-8, 2027 (confirmed on https://m-pact.org/ homepage, Attend FAQ, and Exhibit FAQ). Future edition also listed: M-PACT 2028 April 18-20, 2028.

Venue: Indiana Convention Center, 100 South Capital Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46225. Official site states M-PACT returns to the Indiana Convention Center every year for this three-day event.

About

Since 2002, M-PACT has been the Midwest go-to event for networking and education in the fuel and c-store space. The 2027 show marks a milestone 25th anniversary. Official copy welcomes participants from Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and other Midwestern states. Homepages cite more than 350 exhibitors, 9 education sessions, and networking for fuel and convenience retail professionals. Who can attend

Eligible attendees must own, operate, or work for a retail convenience store; a truck stop; or a petroleum marketer/distributor or transport company (https://m-pact.org/attend/). Non-exhibiting vendors/suppliers require a $4,000 non-exhibiting fee per attendee.

• Host-state member individual: $90 early / $175 regular
• Host-state company 2-10: $275 / $350; 11-24: $375 / $475; 25+: $550 / $625
• Non-member individual: $250 early / $350 regular Fees include exhibit hall, brand meetings, and educational sessions. Kick-Off Event is separate. Payment: Visa, MasterCard, Amex. Transfers via registration@m-pact.org. Official hotel block for 2027 to be announced in early January (per Attend page).
