The 14th running of the Sentara Crawlin' Crab Half Marathon Weekend is a Runner's World must-do race weekend in Hampton, Virginia. The weekend includes a half marathon, 5K, Kids 1 Mile, Shell Yeah! Challenge, and post-race celebrations near the Hampton Coliseum.

- Saturday, October 3, 2026: Sentara Crawlin' Crab 5K at 8:00 AM (start in front of the Hampton Roads Convention Center); Kids 1 Mile at 9:30 AM.
- Sunday, October 4, 2026: Sentara Crawlin' Crab Half Marathon at 7:30 AM (start in front of the Hampton Coliseum).
Packet pickup and expo are at the Hampton Roads Convention Center (1610 Coliseum Dr, Hampton, VA 23666). Courses are flat and scenic through historic Downtown Hampton, Bluebird Gap Farm (5K), and along the Hampton Roads Harbor (half marathon), finishing near the Hampton Coliseum.
