CSF Stationery Commodities Fair (CSF Culture Expo 2026)

The CSF Stationery Commodities Fair, officially the China Cultural & Stationery Products Fair (中国文化用品商品交易会, CSF Culture Expo), is a long-running international event in the Asia-Pacific region for the stationery, office and cultural & creative industries. Marking its 120th edition, the 2026 show is co-located with the 27th Huaren Gift Show and runs 26-28 June 2026 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre.

The show spans more than ten product categories, including stationery and office products, art materials, student supplies, cultural & creative items, gifts, trendy toys and anime/IP merchandise. Organisers expect roughly 80,000+ sqm of exhibition space, 1,800+ exhibiting companies and around 100,000 visits, drawing professional audiences and buyers from multiple channels and countries.

Exhibition focus areas cover writing instruments and precision correction tools, paper products and printing & packaging, office integration and commercial equipment, art materials and aesthetic tools, cultural & creative design and IP commercialisation, educational equipment and campus technology, student supplies, gifts and festival cultural products, as well as innovative ecosystem and business services.
