CVSA Annual Conference and Exhibition

The CVSA Annual Conference and Exhibition is the Alliance's premier meeting, bringing together government officials, enforcement and industry leaders from Canada, Mexico and the United States to advance commercial motor vehicle safety.

The 2026 edition takes place Sept. 20-24 in Orlando, Florida, at the Hyatt Regency Orlando (Regency Ballroom RS, 9801 International Drive). The event features working meetings of CVSA's membership, elected leadership, technical working committees, program committees and task forces, plus a trade exhibition.

Exhibitor highlights:

Booth pricing: $2,000 for CVSA members, $3,000 for non-members. The event hosts hundreds of delegates from across North America - law enforcement, government, motor carriers and bus carriers, and the suppliers serving these industries.
