About

Dealer Week is the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas (MRAA) conference and expo for marine dealership professionals — billed as boating’s only event focused on dealer growth. The 2026 edition takes place 6–9 December 2026 at the Tampa Convention Center, 333 S Franklin Street, Tampa, Florida.

Education is themed The New Fundamentals: AI adoption, rising customer expectations, and operational efficiency. Four in-person pathways (Leadership, Sales & Marketing, Service & Parts, and Industry) sit alongside keynotes, an expo hall with boat demos, and networking receptions.

Dates and hours

Hours vary by day (do not treat a single open/close time as the whole show):

• Sunday 6 December: registration opens 12:00; First Time Attendee Orientation 16:00–17:00; Welcome Reception 17:00–19:00.
• Monday 7 December: Opening Ceremony and Keynote 08:30–10:00; expo exploration and pathway education through the day; Expo Hall closed 18:00; BOATPAC Reception 18:30–20:30.
• Tuesday 8 December: pathway education and expo; Awards Luncheon 12:30–14:00; Expo Hall closed 18:00; Industry Celebration at Splitsville Social 19:00–22:00.
• Wednesday 9 December: final expo Power Hour until 11:00; Closing Ceremony and Keynote 11:15–12:30. The event ends at 12:30 — the travel FAQ recommends a late-afternoon departure.

Exhibitor move-in is Friday 4 and Saturday 5 December, 07:00–19:00. Session times are subject to change; see the official 2026 schedule.

Venue and travel

Tampa Convention Center in downtown Tampa (333 S Franklin St, Tampa, FL 33602). Closest airport: Tampa International (TPA), about 15 minutes from downtown. Partner hotels are within walking distance of the convention center.

Registration

Early Bird pricing runs through 30 September 2026 (standard 1 October–5 December). MRAA member All-Access Early Bird is USD 949; non-member on-site All-Access is USD 1,699.
