Douglas County Fair & Rodeo

The Douglas County Fair & Rodeo is an annual county fair and PRCA rodeo held at the Douglas County Fairgrounds and Event Center, 500 Fairgrounds Drive, Castle Rock, Colorado 80104. The 2026 edition ran July 24 - August 2, 2026 and has concluded; the organizer's site says "See Y'all Next Year" and no 2027 dates have been announced yet.

The event blends hometown and PRCA rodeo action with live entertainment, a carnival, livestock and open-class competitions, a marketplace, mutton bustin', a Colorado Farm-to-Table brunch and classic fair food. It is a long-running Douglas County tradition celebrating western heritage and local agriculture, and has received several Mountain State ProRodeo Circuit and PRCA awards.
