Dubai ICT Conference and Expo

Dubai ICT Conference and Expo (DICE) — BICSI Endorsed Event

Dubai ICT Conference and Expo (DICE) is the BICSI-endorsed ICT conference and exhibition for the EMEA region organised by IT Events (itevents.me), a Cairo-based event-management and accredited-training company. The Dubai edition was held at the Habtoor Grand Resort, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from 16 to 18 May 2023, daily 10:00–20:00.

About the event

DICE was created as the first and main BICSI Endorsed Event for the EMEA region, with the mission of raising awareness of ICT standards and best practices across the regional community. Its stated aim is to bring all ICT industry stakeholders under one roof for networking, experience sharing and upskilling, on the premise that ICT is the base layer of every current and future project — and that designing it to standards and best practices is the road map to sustainable, digitalisation-ready solutions.

Programme tracks

• Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) — designing and planning electricity supply at low risk of electrical shock, sustainable and supporting long-term decisions
• Infrastructure — the physical and organisational structures and facilities needed to operate an organisation sustainably
• Audio & Video — smarter, sustainable integrated AV solutions that save energy

Series status and next edition

DICE continues as a BICSI-endorsed EMEA event of the same organiser. The most recent edition was held in Doha, Qatar, on 19 May 2026 at the Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha; the organiser's current event roster (as of September 2026) also lists the Cairo Consultants Forum (14–15 July 2026) and the Egypt Facility Management Forum EFMF 2027 (11–12 May 2027). No dates for a next Dubai edition have been announced — the Dubai edition is therefore recorded as TBA (not cancelled), with the last held edition's dates retained below.
