Elegant Bridal Show at the Legacy Club at Woodcrest

Most recent confirmed edition: Sunday, 10 March 2024 Venue: The Legacy Club at Woodcrest, 300 East Evesham Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003, United States Organiser: Elegant Bridal Productions (NJ / NY / PA) - 888-427-4339 Admission: Free for the couple and their guests Official schedule page: https://www.elegantbridal.com/showschedule.php

About the event

The Elegant Bridal Show is a travelling wedding-planning showcase produced by Elegant Bridal Productions, which describes itself as the number one wedding show company in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania and one of the longest-running wedding expo companies in the United States - its shows have been featured on syndicated television including The Martha Stewart Show.

Each edition is a single-evening (or weekend afternoon) event staged inside a wedding venue rather than a convention hall. The official format, repeated at every stop, promises:

• Live entertainment and a fashion show of bridal gowns and formalwear
• Displays by wedding professionals - venues, caterers, photographers, DJs, florists, cake designers and travel agents
• Venue tours and catering tastings at the host site
• An 8 day / 7 night honeymoon giveaway drawn at every show ("Enter to win an 8 day/7 night honeymoon at each bridal event!")
• Free admission for the couple and their guests

The Woodcrest edition was held at The Legacy Club at Woodcrest, a 178-acre golf club in Cherry Hill founded in 1929 (formerly Woodcrest Country Club, bought by new owners in 2022 and extensively renovated). Its Flynn Ballroom seats 230-250 guests and a 2,500 sq ft glass Atrium opened in summer 2023 overlooking the 18th hole.

Format and frequency

Elegant Bridal Productions runs a rotating circuit of roughly 30 shows per season across New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, and the venue line-up changes from season to season - Cherry Hill alone has hosted editions at Marian House, the DoubleTree by Hilton and Merchantville Country Club in recent seasons. Shows typically run 19:00-21:30 on a weekday evening or 13:00 on a weekend afternoon.

Next edition

To be announced by the organiser. The schedule published on the official site currently covers 23 September 2026 through 28 February 2027 and does not yet list a Legacy Club at Woodcrest date; because the March-and-later spring season had not been published at the time of checking, the absence of this venue from the current list does not mean the stop has been discontinued. Future dates, once released, appear on the official schedule page linked above.

Note for researchers

The official site blocks direct scripted requests (HTTP 403), so the schedule has to be read through a rendered fetch. Always read the current schedule page rather than any single show's permalink - Elegant Bridal renumbers its show pages every season and old permalinks expire.
